Howdy, I'm Ella Britain!

 My love of baking dates back as far as I can remember. Making cookies, however, is my greatest passion! Specifically decorated sugar cookies. Throughout my life, I have dreamed of owning a bakery. I am a self-taught baker and I grow my baking knowledge every day. Making custom art on my cookies is one of my favorite things to do. I love it. One of the most rewarding things I have ever done is decorate desserts. For me, the best part is bringing happiness and excitement to every person I deliver my cookies to!

 I am located in Bryan-College Station and have lived there my whole life. I started my business in 2020, just making cookies for those who had seen them on Facebook and wanted some for themselves. However, Ella’s Cookie Jar quickly grew, which I am so thankful for. Decorating cookies is truly one of my favorite things to do!
